The actors were out for a spin on their motorbikes when they came across the scene
By RODNEY HO/ email@example.com, originally filed Friday, May 13, 2016 TMZ reports that Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun were cruising through Peachtree City on motorcycles when they came across a minor accident. Passers-by took photos and sent them to TMZ.
Good news, Walking Dead fans: not only are fan favorites Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) probably still alive on the show, the actors who play them are good guys in real life, too. According to executive producer Greg Nicotero, Season 7 started shooting a week ago, and supposedly picked up with filming the death, which Nicotero says wasn't filmed last year. It's possible that Nicotero was lying when he said the death wasn't shot yet, a speculation based solely on the fact that it would be a logistical nightmare to precisely recreate the exact conditions of the last scene of the finale, and it seems unreasonable to assume a production would go through such an undertaking just to protect spoilers.
Daryl and Glenn are great in times of crisis on The Walking Dead — and so are the men who play them. Actors Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun were spotted helping out on the site of a car crash in Peachtree City, Georgia — near where The Walking Dead is filmed — on Thursday. According to Mikail Turan, the man who snapped a photo of the pair, Yeun and Reedus were “trying to help everybody, kind of calm everybody,” reported local station WTOC.
