'NCIS' Tuesday, 8 p.m., CBS This week marks the season finale for “NCIS,” but more important, it brings to an end Michael Weatherly’s career on the show. The 47-year-old actor, who has played Special Agent Tony DiNozzo since the premiere, shared his reflections with The Post in advance of Tuesday night’s episode. After handing in his resignation, Weatherly says he didn't attempt to have any creative input on how Tony would ultimately be written out.
